Build a brand-aware AI writing system your team can audit

Set brand rules, approved examples, review checkpoints, and useful quality measures.

A brand-aware writing system needs source material, constraints, and human review. A tone adjective on its own cannot produce consistent work.

Build the source set

Collect approved examples, terminology, audience definitions, product facts, required disclosures, and claims the team must avoid. Assign an owner to each source.

Turn policy into testable rules

Write rules that a reviewer can check. Specify required phrases, prohibited claims, reading level, channel limits, and when a legal reviewer must join.

The team owns the final claim. AI can prepare a draft and explain which rules it applied.

Keep the review record

Store the prompt, source version, model output, edits, and final decision. This record helps the team inspect errors and improve the brief.

Measure useful assistance

Track acceptance after review, edit distance, policy failures, and time saved by task type. Do not use output volume as a quality measure.
